New York City, the cultural and commercial hub of the United States, presents a fascinating context to delve into Australia’s medical and legal traditions – which is heavily influenced by American practices. It is here that the origins and rapid expansion of class actions, the surge in medical litigation, and concerns such as product liability took root. We look forward to returning to the American capital in summer 2025 for for the USA Pacific Conference, our 14th conference in the city.
Please note that it is a condition for registration of this conference that all delegates must book and pay for the cruise component through CPE Travel. The reason for this is that we need to command the common areas of the ship in order to conduct our conferences and we can only do so if every delegate and accompanying person is part of our group booking. Unfortunately any person booking directly with the cruise company or other travel agent will not be able to register or attend the conference.
