Description
The new Code of Conduct came into force on 1 March 2022, and Lorenzo Boccabella has drafted a client Service Agreement which is compliant with that Code. The last thing anyone wants is to be disciplined for having client contract issues. It seems that MARA has introduced the type of terms which one ordinarily finds in a building contract, that is, every variation has to be documented and there needs to be a level of specificity about disbursements.
